Great location, just steps away from the train station and a short walk to the historic quarter. The building is old but charming with beautiful Murano glass chandeliers in every room. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Adrian who was extremely helpful. a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a convenient luggage storage option.

The variety of hams, salamis, pastries, cereals, juices. The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable advice for exploring nearby attractions such as Sienna and San Gimigiano. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to major sites and a nearby bus stop for those who prefer not to walk. we had a great experience at Hotel Donatello.
